Salmon & Vegetables
What a pleasant surprise. The Salmon was great and the vegetables were outstanding. A large dish that could probably feed two. As is I had great leftovers for lunch the next day.
Tri Colore Baked Pasta
Wow!!! The whole experience was amazing. Mike, our waiter, was very personable and quite funny. The Tri Colore Baked pasta was quite possibly one of the best meals I have ever had. So good, I have already tried to replicate it here at home. If we are ever able to make it back to Estes, Mama Rose's is a definite must have.

Not only was the food great, the portion was huge. The only downside was no silverware or napkins with my to go order. I would definitely eat here again!
Seafood Baked Pasta
Meal absolutely amazing, service was great and the cozy mountain environment is dreamy. Wondering if there is a way to do small events here throughout the year?

My husband had the spaghetti dinner. It was amazing and the garlic bread was good. Everyone was very nice and my waiter did a great job.
